When Donna became a first time grandmother to a beautiful little girl this year she decided to try and make her a tutu. She enjoyed it so much and got such a wonderful response from people that she decided to start an etsy shop and make some more. They are fairy princess and angels fluttering around the yard, in the mind of a child a little tulle makes anything possible.
