Cathy says: After my baby boy, Jack, was born, I gave up a job I loved as a graphic designer and photographer. I really missed the creativity of my job. Around about the this time, I found great comfort and inspiration in other Mothers blogs, particularly those photography related. I decided I would start my own, and I haven't looked back!

 Instead of photographing Jack, and putting the photos away in an album somewhere, I choose to post my favourites on my blog. And since I am publishing them, it gives me a push to improve and vary my photography.

I get great support and feedback from other Mum photographers, and I get a real kick when I inspire someone else to try something similar. Blogging has provided great opportunities for me, and it is a good way of showcasing my photos. Finally, I find photographing Jack a lovely way of spending time together. I set aside some time a couple of days a week to play on the backdrops, and create some little memories!

Seriously.. How cute is this kid?  I just want to squish those sweet little cheeks!
