Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie.. Oh MY!
Here's how to make it so your family and guests will  be thankful for you!

Ingredients
1 pie crust (mine is from scratch..yay)

1 cup white sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1/4 cup bourbon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup special dark chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Start by combining sugar, corn syrup and butter in a small saucepan.
Stir constantly over medium heat until butter melts.
Set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl combine eggs, bourbon, vanilla and salt.
Whisk together with a fork.
Slowly temper your corn syrup mixture into the egg so that you don't end up with scrambled egg pie!
Add your dark chocolate chips and pecans.
Stir and pour into your pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven,
let it cool and enjoy with your family!

Once your are full grab your wallet and coat
