Photo Christmas Tree Centerpiece

This is my double side Photo Christmas tree Centerpiece..

It all started as this blank little tree..
I did the stripey side first by cutting strips of scrapbook paper on my fancy paper cutter (a gift from the hubby.. this man KNOWS the way to a crafty woman's heart!),
grabbed my Mod Podge,
and decoupaged my tree!
Then I grabbed my paint and some wood circles,
I painted them and then added a little Mod Podge Dimensional Magic,
and made magic happen!
While my circles were drying I flipped my tree over and worked on my photo tree.
I cut the green paper with my exacto,
then repeated my Mod Podge step.
Next I had an old cardboard cup cozy which I Mod Podged with pretty paper
added a  little glue to the back,
and then I added the pocket to the tree with some fun embellishements like Pick your Plum ric rac and some ribbon.
And then of course, I added my mini hippos!
On the other side, I wanted to add the word "Family" but of course I didn't have all the letters.
Enter Pick Your Plum VINYL!
I cut the word on my Cricut
and added it to my tiles and glued on my ornaments.
Then I put them all together!
I just love creating fun stuff for Christmas this year!
