Upcycled Shoes

I have these cute red flats that I love!
I got them at Payless for $15 to wear as part of a Dorothy costume for Halloween.
Then I saw these cute shoes on Pinterest
Pinned Image
and thought.. hey, wouldn't my flats look soooo cute with a little lace and sweet bow?
So I made my cute shoes.. even flipping cuter!  First I added my lace with a little help from Mod Podge.
Here's how it looked!
Cute, right?!  So then I added a little rope embellishment to the sides with my handy dandy glue gun  *sigh*  I just love Gluey!
Here's how it looked
Then I added a little piece of ribbon to the middle and sweet bows.. on each shoe!
And I even paired them white my little white sundress for the beach!
And here is the final shot of my upcycled shoes.. that cost no extra money!
Have a great Sunday!
