Ingredients
Felt
Ribbon
Lace
Wood Ball
Rhinestones
Mod Podge
Wood Circle
Glitter (lots of it!)
Wood Letters
Hot Glue

Start by tracing a circle on some kind of paper.  I used a paper bag.
Then cut it in half make the template for your party hat and pin it on your felt.
Next cut it out.
Unpin and roll into a cone shape.
Hot glue the ends into place.
Add some bling
to your wood ball.
Then glue to the top of your hat.
Hot glue lace to the bottom edge
and a sweet bow to the back.
Then grab your wood circle and hot glue some lace to the back
 in a ruffled manner.
Now grab your Mod Podge and
Glitter the heck out of your circle!
Hot glue it onto your hat.
Grab your Mod Podge again and some brightly colored glitter
and glitter the numbers 2013.
Hot glue them onto your hat with some rhinestones!
Hot glue some ribbon to the insides and tie it onto someone you LOVE
and want to share the New Year with!
Hope you make one to share with your LOVE!
Happy New Year!
