Want to make some.. you KNOW you do!
Ingredients
Package of pork chops
2 limes juiced
1 cup tequila
1 red onion
bunch of cilantro
salt
Adobo with pepper
Start by chopping red onion and putting 1/2 into a medium pot.
Next juice your limes
and chop your cilantro
add it to your marinade along with 1 cup tequila, salt and a few healthy shakes of Adobo!
Next trim the fat from your pork chops.
Place them in your marinade, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer
until pork can be fork shredded.
Once the pork is shredded set up your burrito bar complete with chips, salsa, wraps, avocado with cilantro, sour cream, shredded cheese and pinto beans covered in the leftover marinade!
Place your toppings in your wrap..
Wrap it up and serve it with some
spicy Mexican Rice (recipe to follow!)
Oh yeah!
I am sharing with these FUN parties
